Work is often a huge stressor for our clients. Whether its because they don't like the job they are in, or they don't know what they want to do for work, work is something that affects most of our clients mental health.

And often our client's don't know exactly why they don't like it, or they don't understand how "the daily grind" is affecting their mental health.
