Team names and ratings across the top, then the four targets: first half, second half, after a red card, and the one you are playing to right now. Below that sits a row for each of the twelve events, with space for the d10, who owns the moment, the event roll, the shot and what came of it, plus a running score. There are four more rows for extra time in cup ties. Cards, substitutions and the half-time, full-time and penalties score fill the bottom of the page.
Two A4 pages in one PDF: one in colour and one in black and white for the home printer. Print as many as you like.
