A spreadsheet can track quotes too. The £19 buys a ready-made workflow: record the quote, see what is due, then prepare a personalised follow-up draft from the same record. You do not need to set up spreadsheet formulas or a CRM account to use the downloaded tool.

If your current sheet and email templates already work well, you may not need this kit. Choose it when you want those steps together in a small offline tool and are comfortable sending emails and saving backups yourself. Read the worked example to judge the workflow before buying.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR ME?

DOES IT SEND EMAILS OR REMINDERS?

No. It prepares editable drafts and displays due follow-ups while the tool is open. You send messages manually. There are no automatic notifications.

WHERE IS MY DATA STORED?

Records stay in your browser when local storage is available. Export a backup after each session. Moving the file, changing browsers or clearing browser data may make saved records unavailable. There is no cloud backup, and the tool does not encrypt records.
