Equity Waterfall (with FV Calculations Logic)

There are different ways to build out equity waterfalls. Recently an engagement brought me across an equity waterfall that used FV Calculations to track the future value of equity contributions for hurdles.

This prompted me to redevelop this structure and create an equity waterfall template that I could share with others that followed this same rationale.
