I'm the Founder and Managing Director of Kleinbrook Consulting, where I help real estate developers, owners, and investors make better decisions with models that are both accurate and easy to use. Over my career, I’ve supported more than $40B+ in real estate projects, spanning affordable housing, multifamily, office-to-residential conversions, retail, and data centers. My specialty is building financial models that simplify complex deals—whether it’s structuring a waterfall, running sensitivity analyses, or projecting multi-phase developments.

Before starting Kleinbrook, I consulted with A.CRE Consulting, worked at large institutions, delivered modeling solutions for multi-national firms, and gained direct experience working with LIHTC developers. That mix of institutional rigor and on-the-ground development insight shapes how I approach each engagement.

Studied Finance at Georgetown University. Currently living in Nashville, TN.
