Valerian Complex is a supplement promoting sleep and relaxation that contains Valerian root, Passion Flower and Jujube seed.
These herbs have been traditionally used in herbal preparations to:
Relieve mild nervous tension
Obtain relief from occasional sleeplessness
Promote relaxation
Ease the effects of temporary or occasional stress*
This combination of herbs contains many compounds including iridoids (known as valepotriates), an essential oil, cyclopentane sesquiterpenes (including valerenic acid), flavonoids and dammarane-type saponins called jujubosides.

Each Serving Size (1 Tablet) contains: Calcium 64 mg, Valerian root & rhizome 5:1 extract 140 mg (from Valeriana officinalis root & rhizome 700 mg), Passion Flower herb 5:1 extract 100 mg (from Passiflora incarnata herb 500 mg), Jujube seed 10:1 extract 90 mg (from Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa seed 900 mg). Other Ingredients: Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium starch glycolate, magnesium stearate, maltodextrin, hypromellose, and silicon dioxide.
Suggested Use: 1 tablet 2 - 4 times daily, or as directed.
Caution: Not to be used during pregnancy and lactation unless otherwise directed by a qualified health care professional. For other contraindications and cautions consult your health care professional. This product is packaged in a facility that manufactures other products containing soy, milk, egg, wheat, peanut tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. Keep out of reach of children.
