Too much and no one will choose it because they think you're too expensive. Too cheap and people think that because it's cheap they won't get much from it, so don't choose it. Do it for free and you end up not covering your costs at all. What about discounts? Membership programs? Loyalty discounts? Sales and specials? Payment plans?
