Using Octaves (advanced)

Octaves are a great way to go from one position on the fretboard to another. And if you play Bluegrass guitar, you need all the help you can get navigating the neck.

This tab pack addresses several octave shapes that will help you do just that. I also include a few licks with a bit of rhythm, so you'll understand the timing of how these licks work.

So if you're looking for more ideas to get out of scale "boxes," octaves are a great solution.
