The Change Catalyst - Our Story About How We Made Changes To Design Our Life So You Can Too
We, Colin and Sara, are all about mindful living and embracing the present moment, however, that doesn’t mean that we don’t believe we need to be intentional about where we are and where we want to be. If we didn’t have dreams and goals, many of us wouldn’t be where we are today.
This booklet is all about getting intentional - about living the life that you want and not one that is chosen for you; about designing your own life; about making the changes that you’ve been too scared to make.

If you want to live life on your terms, with intention, you’re in the right place. Have you ever thought, “This isn't the life I had planned for myself”. We bet it would be safe to say that we’ve all had those moments, days, weeks...you get the picture, no matter how put together we seem on the outside.
Before you think, “I don’t have time for one more thing in my life such as this booklet”, we completely hear you. That’s why we’re going to strip it down to the nuts and bolts of how we changed our life. We’re truly passionate about inspiring others and hope to do so by sharing what we’ve learned.
In July 2017, we made a move that chose lifestyle over money in order to truly start living the life we wanted for ourselves and our family. We designed the life we live now through brainstorming, self-exploration and planning. Now, we feel that our life is more abundant than ever.
Who is this for?
Unlike most of our previous offerings, this is for anyone looking to design the life they desire, to make some necessary changes in their life, and take time for themselves to really think of what this would look like. We approached this offering from a personal lens, as physicians and their significant others, who are feeling dissatisfied with where they currently are.

We’ve divided this booklet in 4 main sections, all of which include exercises to help you on your journey, as follows:
