This lightweight summer tee is easy to knit and easy to wear. The tee is knit inside out so that no purling is required for the reverse stockinette body. Cap sleeves are finished as you go with the same I-cord trim that edges the back vent. Shadow rib at the shoulders and hem adds a bit of interest to the knitting and wearing.

Check the schematic against your measurements before choosing a size. This is best worn with 2-5 inches of ease (less for smaller sizes, more for larger ones).

Skills required:
• Long-tail cast-on
• Picking up stitches
• Increasing
• Decreasing
• Backwards-loop cast-on
• Slip stitch crochet for neckline edging

Gauge
20 stitches and 28 rows/4 inches in blocked stockinette. If you are using silk, linen, or cotton, it is especially important to knit a good-sized swatch and stretch it out a bit while blocking to account for the loosening of gauge that will most likely happen during wear.
