Get started!  Here are TWO checklists to help you. Click the "Download" button to get the checklists. They are low cost from Zing Life Services to you so you can "get started."

The first is a checklist to help you find and establish care with a Primary Care Provider.  Everybody needs a medical home or a place that you can go for health visits. Ideally, this should be a place other than the Urgent Care or the Emergency Room.  Take the time to find a medical home, so you can establish a relationship with your provider. 

The other checklist outlines what you should take to your first appointment. There are so many things you need to take with you. Make sure you don't get rescheduled after finally getting your long awaited appointment.
