Connected Risk

In a connected world, risks are also connected. But risk management is built on the axiomatic assumption that risk events are independent in time and space, and that they are self-limiting. Both axioms are no longer true. Hence we need to re-think risk management from scratch. This 10 page paper suggests a start.
