With a wingspan of over three metres, the Andean Condor is one of the largest birds on Earth and one of the most powerful symbols in South American culture. For indigenous Andean peoples, it represents the upper world — the sky, the sun, the divine. To see one soaring on thermal currents above the Colombian Andes, wings barely moving, is an experience that stops you completely.
This botanical illustration captures the condor in its element: powerful, serene, commanding the sky above the Andean peaks. Rendered in the tradition of natural history illustration — precise, respectful, magnificent.
Perfect for: nature lovers, birdwatchers, natural history enthusiasts, boho and earthy interior styles, nurseries, studies and hallways.
A wonderful gift for: wildlife lovers, Colombians proud of their national bird, birders, or anyone whose home celebrates the natural world.

🖨 HOW TO PRINT
For botanical illustrations, fine art matte paper gives the most authentic natural history print feel. Many print shops offer this as an upgrade — ask for "fine art" or "museum-quality" paper. Worth every extra cent for this style.
