JSON Mask Workbench — related-fixture recipe kit
Prepare related JSON API examples with consistent stand-in IDs across a selected batch. Replace selected scalar fields, remove object keys and inspect concrete matched paths before exporting.
Included: single-file offline workbench; dependency-free Node batch runner; 12 original synthetic workflow exercises; explicit rules; independently specified expected output files and manifests; review notes; tutorial, README, license and changelog. The fully useful workbench and one paired exercise remain free.
Requirements: modern browser; Node.js 22+ for the optional runner. No external runtime packages, AI subscription, account or API is required. Limits: 20 documents; 2 MB and 50,000 nodes per document; depth 64; 100 rules; 20,000 matches per batch.
Scope: only selected fields change. No automatic secret/PII detection, synthetic-data generation, encryption, live API, database connector or certification. Tokens reveal equality, reset each run and change numeric IDs into strings. Null tokens remain null; array removal writes null to preserve positions. Fractions use JavaScript number precision. Review unchanged values, names and free text before sharing.
