Dog Breeder App, Puppy Waitlist Tracker, Litter Record Book, Deposit and Weight Log, Offline

Dog breeder app with a puppy waitlist tracker and litter record book in one place. Log each litter, weigh puppies by collar color, line up families in deposit order, and see what every family still owes before go-home day.

WHY THIS ONE

Spreadsheets and notebooks scatter the details a breeder needs at once. Open the app and the first screen counts the families waiting, shows when the next go-home day is, and flags a litter that hasn't been weighed in a few days or is going home with puppies still unmatched or balances unpaid.

INSIDE THE APP

- Litters: dam, sire, breed, status (planned through all placed), due date, birth date, go-home day and a default puppy price

- A "Needs a look" note on the home screen when an expecting litter is due within 7 days (it stays up to 3 days past the due date)

- Puppies listed by collar color and sex, with coat color, an optional call name, status and notes

- Match each puppy to a family; its stage and price follow automatically

- Waitlist sorted with deposit-paid families first, then approved families, oldest first

- Each family's wishes saved: male, female or either, plus a coat color wish

- Balances: pet price, deposit with date and method, extra payments, and the amount still owed

- Weigh a whole litter on one screen in ounces; weights show in pounds and ounces

- Family contacts: phone, email, street address, city, ZIP and whether they'd rather get a call, text or email; tap a phone number or email to reach out

- Save a backup file, restore it, export a CSV file or print a page

- Four color themes, including a high-contrast option

- Works in the browser on any device.

- No internet needed once open, no account, and records are kept only on your device
