In this short and focussed mini workshop, we will be looking psychological self care so that you have a stress less Christmas.
Here are the topics:
1. Protecting psychological/spiritual energy with energy psyc practices
2. Setting up rituals for morning and evening to fortify you ahead of Christmas so you are in your strongest position yet
3. Dealing first with your “inner” family so you can deal with your outer family
4. Setting yourself up for better boundaries by identifying your needs and values
