This 12 week challenge has been programmed to help you build MUSCLE, create SHAPE and sculpt a strong, lean and feminine body! It will help you create curves by adding muscle and help you lose body fat. This challenge will allow you to;

This program is gym based, meaning that most workouts will require dumbbells and barbells. Both basic gyms and fully equipped gyms will work for the program.
