Merenkulkija

The Merenkulkija sock pattern a relatively simple cable design for worsted and DK weight yarns. This is a revised and extended version of the original pattern published in 2011.

Pattern features:

• designed for 100-130 grams of worsted/DK weight (approx. 200-230 m / 100 g) yarns
• knitted cuff down
• instructions written in metric and US terminology
• instructions written for magic loop but dpns can be used as well 
• four sizes: small (44 sts), medium (48 sts), large (52 sts) and extra-large (56 sts)
• heel flap and round heel turn
• charts but no written instructions for cables
• two alternative cable patterns available
• the revised pattern hasn't been proof read or test knitted
