Nearly three quarters are under 1,500, so a full map still runs on a phone. Only the biggest ships and rides go over 5,000.

Texture per model

512 or 1024 pixels, baked in. Import the GLB and it arrives as one MeshPart, already coloured.

Open meshes

Roblox only draws one side of a face, so a gap shows as a see-through hole. Every model is a closed solid.

Pieces that snap

Walls, fences, road tiles, docks and shop fronts have their pivot on the grid point, so they line up edge to edge.

Your AI can search the pack before it makes anything

MADE FOR AI MAP TOOLS TOO

Every kit ships a manifest.json listing each model's name, kind, tags, size in studs and triangle count. Point Claude at it and it picks a real model for the barn or the street lamp instead of generating a new one.

Each kit also has a map_ready folder with the textures packed into a few shared sheets, so a whole map loads only a handful of textures. It's the setup the map skill in my AI Roblox Dev course uses.

WHAT YOU DOWNLOAD

Download a kit as one zip, 57 to 151 MB.
In Studio, Import 3D and choose the model's .glb. It comes in at the right size, textured.
Place it. The front already faces forward and the pivot sits on the ground.

Build games with them. Don't resell them.

Every model is original

Every model is an original design I built from scratch in Blender. None was taken or converted from any game's files. The full licence is in every kit as LICENSE.txt.

Questions

The .glb. Its texture is built in, so it arrives coloured. The FBX works too. The OBJ is there for other 3D tools.
Yes, in as many of your own games as you want. You just can't sell or share the model files themselves.
No. Every model is an original design built from scratch. Nothing was extracted or converted from any game's files.
Yes. Roblox limits games that show alcohol to verified players aged 18 and over, so there's none in the pack. The saloon is a hotel and the barrels hold rice and fruit.
57 to 151 MB per kit. All 17 kits come to about 1.7 GB, plus 0.65 GB of Blender files in the full pack.
No, all sales are final. If a file won't open or doesn't match what this page says, message me on Discord and I'll fix it.
