Hello all and welcome. I'm Trainer Mona Garcia and I am an ISSA Personal Trainer, Sports Nutrition Coach, Zumba Fitness Instructor, and Licensed Plate by Zumba Coach. I currently hold my Associates Degree in Kinesiology and in 2022, I received my Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology for Dance with Cum Laude Honors. Proud Matador!!
