Nova’s Chaos Survival Vault: 0–6 Month Edition
Executive Function Prosthetics for the Postpartum Fog
65 neurodivergent-friendly ChatGPT prompts for postpartum moms • Built for executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm, and the 0–6 month fog • Instant download • PDF + Airtable Vault
Your executive function isn’t “struggling.”
It’s offline.
Your sensory system is maxed out, your routines are impossible to maintain, and you’re running a 24/7 operation that violates every principle of how neurodivergent brains actually work.
This Vault doesn’t fix that.
It bypasses it.
What It Is
Nova’s Chaos Vault is cognitive infrastructure for overloaded brains — especially AuDHD moms, late-diagnosed moms, and anyone whose brain short-circuits in the 0–6 month fog.
Built in survival mode.
Refined for the moms who can’t “just decide,” “just plan,” or “just try harder.”
Not advice.
Not a schedule.
Not neurotypical productivity cosplay.
It’s executive function scaffolding when yours has left the building.

how the vault is organized
not by “good routines.”
by what kind of chaos you’re in.
each prompt is tagged across three layers:
► chaos type — what’s actually going wrong
- crisis mode – 3am spirals, intrusive thoughts, “i can’t do this” moments
- survive the day – laundry triage, basic feeding, “what is happening” logistics
- sleep survival – night feeds, false starts, nap confusion, “do we even try?”
- gentle play & development – low-demand play, milestones without pressure
- the mom behind the milk – identity, resentment, grief, “who am i under this”
- bonus magic – rare extra capacity, small wins, “i actually have a little energy”
► tone tag 1 — the vibe of the prompt
sleepy, semi-functional, urgent, exhausted, logistical, regulating, cozy, tender, feral, playful, sensory, calm, practical, crisis, hopeful, confident…
this is how the prompt talks to you.
► tone tag 2 — how the prompt supports you
deprived, functional, casual, practical, nurturing, gentle, truthful, supportive, honest, realistic, silly, reassuring, clever, sensitive, informative, direct, panicked-but-loving, blunt, warm…
this is what the prompt does for you.
you filter by:
- what kind of chaos you’re in (crisis vs survive the day vs sleep etc.)
- how your nervous system feels (tone 1)
- how you want to be held (tone 2)

Who Built This
Hi, I’m Shae — developer, AuDHD mom, late-diagnosed at 31.
I built this Vault while drowning in autistic burnout + postpartum + sensory overload with no language for what was happening.
The prompts inside are the ones that actually worked.
The ones that didn’t guilt me.
The ones that helped me think when I couldn’t think.
Turns out: when you build executive function scaffolding for your own neurodivergent brain, it works for other neurodivergent brains too.
This Vault is what I needed then.
It’s what I still use now.
This isn’t mindset work. It’s cognitive support for brains doing their best under impossible conditions.
