Your Self-State is the internal lens through which you interpret the world. It’s a largely unconscious position shaped by your life experiences — where assumptions are formed, meanings are made, and reactions begin.

Understanding your Self-State can help you make sense of unwanted actions, emotional reactions, assumptions, and beliefs. Rather than asking “What’s wrong with me?”, you begin to see why your system responded the way it did.

From there, change doesn’t come from forcing yourself to be different — it comes from awareness, compassion, and choice.

This is about becoming who you want to be, rather than living from who you’ve unconsciously learned you should be.
