The Dardanelles
The Dardanelles pattern is 25% off at checkout until Tuesday, March 24.
In St. John’s, there is The Dardanelles, a very short little road linking two historic old streets full of architectural heritage. The Dardanelles is also a historic and vital strait in Turkey. This design is a culmination inspired by the two settings of the same name.
The pattern was originally developed for Sweet Paprika’s Skill Builder Box for steeking, and it’s now out for individual purchase!
The Dardanelles is also on Ravelry: The Dardanelles

Gauge
To find your needle sizes, you need to swatch

Textured patterning: 21 sts / 30 rows to 10cm / 4" using size A needles.
Needles & Notions
The gauges were achieved with the following needle size. To work the pattern as written, you
must swatch and use a needle size that will result in the correct gauge after blocking.
Size A: 4mm (US 6) 60cm / 24" circular needles
Size B: 5mm (US 8) 60cm / 24" circular needles
You will also need: stitch markers; either a felting tool and board, or crochet hook, or thin yarn and needle to reinforce the steek; scissors to cut the steeks. Note: a felting tool and board is strongly recommended since it can make easy and clean
reinforcements, and also reduces fabric bulk at the steeks.
