This constitution is suitable for small charities:

• With an annual income under £5,000
• That don’t own a building or employ people
• That do not intend to register with the Charity Commission.

An unincorporated association is an organisation formed through the agreement of a group of individuals for a common "not for profit" purpose. 

An unincorporated association does not have its own "legal" identity; therefore, individual members of the charity are personally responsible for any debts and contractual obligations.

If the association does start trading and makes a profit, you’ll need to pay Corporation Tax and file a Company Tax Return in the same way as a limited company.
