My Project – Interactive Confidence and Self-Discovery Tool for Children | Printable Mind Maps & Self-Esteem Activities
My Project is a colourful interactive confidence and self-discovery tool for children, designed to help them explore who they are, recognise their strengths, understand their feelings, think about the people who support them and turn hopes and goals into manageable next steps.
Children complete their visual mind maps directly on screen, save their work, return another day and print their personalised finished maps to keep, revisit or display.
They can also print a blank version and complete it by hand.

My Project is designed to be used gradually.
A child might complete one mind map today and another weeks later.
They can:
Choose a map
Add their own thoughts
Save their project
Come back another day
Update their answers as they grow
Print their finished mind maps
Save them as PDFs
Display favourite maps together to create a personalised confidence and motivation wall
The finished pages become a visual record of their strengths, people, feelings, achievements, interests, dreams and progress.
HOW MY PROJECT CAN HELP
The visual activities encourage children to:
• Recognise strengths and abilities
• Build confidence from real experiences and achievements
• Explore what makes them unique
• Notice and express feelings
• Identify supportive people
• Recognise things they have already handled well
• Think about new things they would like to try
• Explore goals and dreams
• Break bigger ideas into smaller next steps
• Develop self-awareness and positive self-belief
• Begin meaningful conversations with trusted adults
There are no perfect answers and no pressure to complete every map.
Children can write a few words, a sentence, an emoji or simply leave something blank.
FEELINGS CHECK-IN
Each map includes a simple before-and-after feelings check-in.
Children can choose the face closest to how they feel before beginning and check in again afterwards.
There is no score to achieve. It is simply a gentle way to notice how they are feeling.
PRINT IT • KEEP IT • DISPLAY IT
Completed mind maps can be printed or saved as PDF files.
Children can:
• Keep individual maps
• Put favourite pages on their bedroom or learning-space wall
• Build a confidence or motivational display over time
• Revisit old maps and notice how their answers have changed
• Print blank copies for handwriting, drawing or colouring
This makes My Project both an interactive digital experience and a printable visual resource.
