These socks use an eyelet lace pattern with twisted ribbing to provide maximum ventilation whilst keeping a snug fit. A cable twist cinches it in at the cuff, and the heel flap features a sweet broken rib texture. These socks feature:
Yarn: 4-ply (fingering) weight sock yarn
Gauge: 34 stitches & 46 rows = 10cm/4" in stocking stitch in the round
2.5mm needles or size needed to obtain gauge
Size: this pattern is written for 4 adult sizes and for 2 lengths: shorter trainer socks, and longer ankle socks. Don’t be afraid to knit a size with more negative ease than you’re accustomed to. The measurements were taken flat, and the socks will stretch as the eyelet pattern opens out greatly on the foot.
Upon purchase, you will receive a link to a downloadable .pdf file containing all pattern instructions to knit this sock design
