Lovebirds Heart - Cross Stitch and Blackwork Pattern

A counted embroidery pattern that is perfect for all romantic occasions. This design started life as a doodle and grew into a sweet sampler perfect for Valentine's Day or any other romantic occasion. It can easily be adapted to make a wedding sampler by adding initials instead of the birds and a date instead of 'Je t'aime'.

There is an alphabet and numbers provided to help you personalise your sampler.

• Stitch count: 88 x 84
• Size on 14/28 count fabric: 6.3 x 6 inches (16 x 15cm)
• Threads: DMC variegated No.8 pearl cotton and Kreinik metallic braid
• Techniques: Whole cross stitch and back stitch

Pattern file includes black and white symbol chart, colour image of finished design.

Second file includes basic instructions and stitching tips.
