Cameco - Is It Worth $CAD 30 Per Share?

Cameco is one of the world’s largest uranium producers and it has a good management team and solid financials.

After the Fukushima disaster in 2011 the uranium industry has been suffering, however supply and demand imbalances are likely to emerge in the future, which will set the stage for a new uranium bull market.

I estimate that the value of Cameco is about $30 per share, which is a prudent measure. Despite my positive outlook, there is further downside potential if Cameco loses its tax case against the Canadian government.
