- While it is possible to dual boot between CFW and OFW if you have the right flasher, the process can be kind of a pain. After all, it requires two hard drives and a whole lot of swapping. As of now, we can finally kiss that kind of frustration goodbye with Habib 4.53JB CFW. Essentially what the developer has done with this product is remove the hinges that prevent CFW from being installed over official firmware. What that means is, you can now easily switch between any custom firmware and this OFW option. Want to play disc-based games or PSN downloads online without the risk of being banned? This is about the closest you can come to that reality without buying an ODE. Since this is an OFW, it should be noted that no homebrew or backup managers will boot once it's running. Regardless, this is great news for anyone that wants a nearly risk-free connection to the PSN.
