🍂 A Cozy Autumn Art Journey for Ages 2–9 🍂

Introducing The Little Roots Autumn Art Studio, a four-week, open-and-go art and handicrafts curriculum created for mixed-age homeschool families and small co-ops.

Children explore:

🎨 Color and color mixing

🍁 Texture and nature printing

🧶 Pattern and woodland weaving

🏡 Form and clay sculpture

The teacher guide includes thoughtful introductions, simple art vocabulary, material explorations, nature observations, age-level adaptations, collaborative projects, discussion questions, reflection prompts, and gentle ideas for displaying children’s artwork.

The coordinating child workbook gives young artists space to draw, plan, experiment, record observations, explore textures, design patterns, reflect on their choices, and create their own artist statements.

This curriculum is process-focused, playful, hands-on, and nature-inspired. Children are encouraged to make original choices rather than copy a finished model.
