Full pack — USD9, one-time download

Full edition: repeat up to four weeks, save/reopen local rota jobs, downloadable offline HTML, source and overnight-shift examples. Free edition: one complete week, up to 150 shifts, availability checks and PDF/CSV exports.

What the tool does

Monday-based weekly calendar, overnight shifts, overlapping/adjacent interval checks, availability review, open roles and scheduled-hour summaries. Repeat the first week up to four times; availability is repeated as a template and needs human reconfirmation.

Every full pack includes the ready self-contained HTML app, an original practical guide, example CSV files, version/changelog, usage licence and editable source. An optional Python 3 helper rebuilds source changes without external packages; Python is not required to use the ready app.

Output: locally generated PDF, CSV and printable HTML, plus full-edition reusable job JSON. A visible JSON text backup is included if a browser download does not appear. Your input stays in the browser; downloaded files contain your data. Refresh clears unsaved work. No account, cloud database, API, subscription or tracking code is required by the app.

Use: download and extract the complete ZIP, read README.md, open index.html in current desktop Chrome/Edge, then follow guide.html. Try the free workflow first. Do not disable browser security settings.

Limits

Entered local wall-clock times only; no timezone/DST conversion. Scheduled hours do not deduct breaks and are not payable hours. No payroll, staff notifications, automated selection, labour-law compliance or live team app. A conflict-free input is not a guarantee of adequate staffing.

Verification scope

Domain calculations, invalid inputs, archive integrity and buyer source rebuilding have been checked. Chrome HTTP workflows were exercised; representative PDFs from the shared generator were rendered and visually reviewed. Native offline double-click, physical printing, every device and real workplace use remain unverified. The browser-control surface could not capture blob-generated downloads; this is disclosed rather than claimed as a passed download test. Existing free tools may already meet your needs. No promised results, savings or revenue.
