Why use this plan?

The reason many of us fail in our fitness journeys is there’s no plan. Many people just aimlessly come to the gym with no plan, they don’t see any progress so they quit. Having a plan will give you something to follow which with progressive overload you will see progress certainly!


Why use this split?

The issue with popular splits such as the push,pull,legs Arnold etc is that they mean you have to be in the gym 5-6 days a week. Which isn’t a terrible thing especially if you can manage that many days in the gym, but that isn’t the case for everyone. Not everyone has the time and has other commitments which is completely understandable, this split means you will just be in 4 days a week. This means you have enough days to get what you need done but also enough rest to recover and also enjoy life :)

If I'm not happy with my purchase can I get a refund?

Please in get contact at any time if you're not satisfied with your coaching. We do our best to ensure all clients are happy and need to determine on a case-by-case basis the eligibility of refunds.


How does appointment scheduling work?

When you've completed purchasing you'll be able to login to your coaching account and can find out the next steps required to book a time for your appointment from there.


Is it possible to buy coaching more than once?

For sure! You simply need to purchase coaching again and will be able to get access to another set of coaching sessions.
