PUSH / PULL / LEGS Power Building Hypertrophy
This Program is primarily bodybuilding with a little touch of powerlifting. There are two goals in this program. First the PRIMARY goal, which is to maximize muscle hypertrophy for individuals in the intermediate/advanced stage of training. The SECONDARY goal of this program is to increase general overall strength on fundamental compound movements. With this combination of hypertrophy and strength all in one program you will see the best results in size and definition.
This program is divided into two 8-week training blocks, each with a specific primary aim. You should already have or an idea of your 1RM PR's in Bench, Squat, and DL, and max body weight pull ups because we will use your 1RM in these lifts to gauge where to begin your program, also at the end of the 16 week program, although the initial goal isn't to increase the 1RM in all categories they will dramatically increase after this program.
