About Me
Nicolas Mark is a professional drug-free bodybuilder with a 10+ year record of competing at his highest level. His fitness journey started in Las Vegas where he combines his university education, kinesiology and nutrition with his successful bodybuilding competition experiences to help devoted individuals take their strength and muscle building to the next level.
Early in his career, Nick placed top 5 in nearly all of his competitions, receiving 1st place 8 times in various bodybuilding organizations. He eventually received his Pro card in the IPL (International Physique League) in 2020. Instead of viewing his placements under 1st place as failures, Nick sees them as learning opportunities, both for himself and others.
After years of bodybuilding competitions, Nick decided to step back from the stage to share his insights and help others achieve their goals. With his background and years of experience in the sport, Nick is uniquely equipped to help his clients learn from his successes and push past their plateaus.
