Crochet Fingerless Mitten Pattern: Pick and Mix wristwarmers (PDF Pattern)
These cosy wrist warmers are created using basic crochet stitches, great for a quick and relaxing crochet project. Each pair uses around 50g of DK yarn so they are perfect for using up leftover yarn. You can also have fun diving into your stash and creating your perfect colour combination using the planning sheet which comes as part of the pattern!
The pattern includes multiple options, allowing you to pick and mix whether you add a thumb and which top edging to work. As well as these, I include detailed instructions which take you through customizing the size to make your perfect wrist warmers. They would make ideal gifts too - you can use all of the different options to create truly unique gifts customized to the recipients own taste.
Wrist warmers or fingerless mittens are absolutely ideal to wear on those in between days where it is a little too warm for gloves but you need something to keep the chill away. They have the added benefit of leaving your fingers free - perfect for wearing when walking the dog, or if you like to walk and text!
This pattern has been thoroughly tested and tech edited – it previously featured in Crochet Now magazine as a basic pattern, which I’ve now revamped and added photos to.
