DICK WHITTINGTON

King Rat is determined to become Mayor of London where he can reign havoc over its citizens. Ony one thing stands in his way. Dick Whittington and his cat who are their way to London to start a rat catching business empire.

Not wanting to be thwarted, King Rat instructs his three henchmen, Sammy, Deano and Franky, to abduct Dick and ship him off to far-off waters where he is to be tossed over-board by the rugged Captain McSplash. 

Fortunately, the ship runs aground, and the entire crew prisoners and stowaways, find themselves in Las Vegas where they happen to save a casino from being robbed, run into Elvis and two of our heroes get married, all before somehow managing to get back to London in time for the Mayoral Elections?
