Canto e Conto is an accessible work for euphonium and choir, or alternatively euphonium and piano, suitable for educational settings. In the first movement, the choir is used without text, exploring vocal sound as a timbral extension of the euphonium. The second movement is more lyrical, based on sketches inspired by texts by Natália Correia.
