From Psych, Season 1: Poker? I Barely Knew Her
Knit from the bottom up, this fun hat features slanting bands of knit and purl. Start with some ribbing, then move up into increases and decreases that shape the knit and purl sections, then transition easily to the crown decreases. It’s the sweetness.
Materials
50 to 60 g of worsted weight yarn, approximately 110 to 120 yds (100 to 110 m). Shown in Briggs & Little Regal in colour Grape. Sample used almost exactly 110 yds (100 m), so a little extra may be required unless you like playing yarn chicken
Needles
US 8 (5 mm) preferred needles for working in the round
