WHO IS IT FOR?

Suggested ages 4–6, or older learners who need further practice. Choose activities by phonics knowledge rather than age. Use after children can recognise taught Phase 2 and 3 graphemes and blend and segment simple words. Suitable for adult-supported classroom, small-group or home practice.

This is a supplementary practice pack based on the original Letters and Sounds Phase 4 sequence, not a complete or DfE-validated phonics programme. Follow your setting’s teaching order and support unfamiliar vocabulary and common words as needed.
