I HEART HEART HEART stir fries!
They're a real go-to for me for easy, fast dinners.
I used to think they could be ‘same-y’ but not at all! There’s so many different flavours, textures and tastes to try out - and all of these are simple and - importantly - quick to make.
It’s all in the prep really - you need to get everything ready and prepared before you start cooking - even the rice and noodles need to be cooked first as once you start the actual cooking of your stir fry, it’s going to come together fast.
And remember - there’s no wrong or right here - keep stirring and keep tasting, and adjusting the flavour ingredients so it works for you.
Experiment, get comfortable cooking fast and trusting your own palate.
