Free Weekly Site Diary — UK Construction Site Template (PDF)
A complete, ready-to-use weekly site diary — free.
The exact form for logging daily site activity, labour, deliveries, delays and health & safety checks. Print it and keep it in the site file, or fill it in digitally. Add your own company name and logo where marked.
Two tips for using it:
Fill it in daily, not from memory on a Friday — a diary written the same day holds up if there's ever a dispute about delays or instructions.
Don't skip the weather/delays column — "it rained Tuesday" is worth nothing months later unless it was written down that day.
This is 1 of 21 forms in The Complete Site Folder — the full CDM site-management pack (contractor pre-start, RAMS review, induction, permit to work, purchase order, snagging, O&M manual and more) plus a 9-page Site Manager's Guide. Built by a working UK site manager. See it here: payhip.com/b/BN6uP
Please note: a generic, adaptable record-keeping template — not legal, tax or safety advice. Review it for your project with a competent person. Supports CDM 2015 record-keeping but doesn't replace any statutory inspection.
Need a RAMS as well? Most people who download this diary are also writing a Risk Assessment & Method Statement from scratch on every job. There is a ready-to-use template here - 3 pages, 12 sections, risk scored before and after controls, £15: payhip.com/b/L8czZ
