Why I created Healthy Tomorrow
For years I thought healthy eating meant giving up the foods I loved.
Like many people I chose fast food, sweets and quick meals because they were easy and convenient. I often felt tired and low on energy, but I didn't know where to start.
Everything changed when I studied Food Technology.
I realized that healthy eating isn't about perfection or strict rules. It's about creating simple habits that fit into real life.
Every recipe in this e-book was created with that idea in mind.
