Conflict Kit — Student Collaboration Edition

Conflicts are rarely only about what people say and do. Different assumptions and needs often remain unspoken. The Conflict Kit gives student teams a structured role-play method for exploring what is happening, without rushing to decide who is right or what the solution should be.

ONE KIT, ONE TEAM

One Conflict Kit is designed for one table of two to five participants, including the Game Master. Allow at least one hour and take more time when a situation is complex or brings up strong reactions.

FIVE PHASES

4. Develop voluntary, concrete solutions and agreements.

5. Reflect and show appreciation.

INCLUDED

- 4 introduction cards and 5 phase cards

- 18 Conflict Cards and 3 blank Conflict Cards

- 5 sets of 12 Emotion/Need Cards, marked with colored dots for easy sorting

- 1 Scale Card and red heart token

- 1 red Game Master token

- 1 red storage bag

The blank cards let a team add a situation that is missing from the standard set. Choose English or Dutch before adding the kit to your cart.

TRAINING AND CUSTOM EDITIONS

A half-day facilitator training with the standard Conflict Kit costs €2,000 excluding VAT for up to ten participants. Larger groups and facilitated sessions around sensitive real-life conflicts are quoted separately.

A custom Conflict Kit and half-day training starts at €2,500 excluding VAT. It can include a custom title card with your logo, Conflict Cards based on recognizable situations from your organization, one printed custom kit and training for up to ten participants.
