Power-Up Kit

FROM DIFFICULT FEELINGS TO UNDERLYING NEEDS, AND FROM THERE TO A SMALL, CONCRETE NEXT STEP.

Sometimes you know something is going on, but you do not yet have the words for it. The Power-Up Kit offers a simple card-based route for exploring what you feel, what you may need, and what small action could help.

Use it on your own, with someone you trust, or in a facilitated group. Plan one kit for every two participants.

FOUR STEPS

1. Choose one or two Emotion Cards that express how you feel.

2. Turn each card over and explore the need on the other side.

3. Use the matching Action Card to shape a small, concrete next step.

4. Return later to what worked, what got in the way, and what you want to adjust.

The cards offer words and questions to work with. They do not diagnose you or determine what you really feel or need. Use your own words whenever they fit better.

FACILITATOR TRAINING

A half-day facilitator training with the Power-Up Kit costs €2,000 excluding VAT for up to ten participants. Larger groups and facilitated sessions around sensitive real-life issues are quoted separately. Use the Contact page to discuss your context.
