It is the ability to notice what is happening within you, your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, assumptions, patterns, and the way you experience the world. Most of us move through life on autopilot. We think a thought, feel an emotion, react to something, make a choice — and rarely stop to ask why.
Becoming conscious is the moment you start paying attention.
You begin to notice:
“Why do I think this?”
“Where did I learn this?”
“Why do I keep repeating this?”
“Is this actually what I believe?”
“What would I choose if I knew I had a choice?”
And this is where transformation begins.
Because you can't consciously change what you haven't become conscious of.
Before we talk about manifestation, imagination, assumptions, affirmations or creating a new reality — we have to start here:
Wake up. Notice yourself. Get to know the mind you have been living through.
