Breathe & Flow; a Mind Body Guide for IVF
I wrote Yoga and Mindfulness for IVF because IVF can feel incredibly clinical, overwhelming, and lonely.
So much attention is placed on appointments, medications, and outcomes — but very little space is given to how it actually feels to be in your body during this journey.
I wanted to create something soft.
Something that didn’t promise results or push positivity.
Something that simply said: you are allowed to slow down, breathe, and be supported.
This book was written as a gentle companion through each stage of IVF — from stimulation to waiting — offering yoga and mindfulness practices to help calm the nervous system, ease tension, and support emotional wellbeing.
If this book helps even one person feel a little less alone, a little more held, then it has done what it was meant to do 🤍
