About Me

In my early thirties, I spent six intense years working in a high-pressure job with long hours and little real work-life balance. I was constantly running on empty, stuck in survival mode. I was diagnosed with three autoimmune conditions—something I believe were triggered by stress and overwhelm. Fast forward ten years, and life looks very different now. Today, I feel incredibly grateful to be doing work I love—teaching yoga, mindfulness, and meditation to both children and adults.

My fertility journey wasn’t easy; I went through seven IVF cycles, many embryo transfers, investigations, laparoscopies and varied protocols trying different clinics and consultants and experiencing loss along the way. During that time my mental health certainly suffered and my resilience ran low.

Throughout it all, I kept turning to my yoga and mindfulness practice. It became my anchor. I deepened my understanding of fertility yoga, especially yoga designed to support Assisted Reproductive Techniques and IVF, and found strength I didn’t know I had. These practices helped me stay grounded during stimulation cycles, scans, surgeries, and all the waiting in between.

I’m grateful to say that my IVF journey was ultimately successful, and I now have a beautiful child who fills my life with joy. While the path was challenging, I know I wouldn’t have found the resilience, calm, and hope to keep going without these tools. And that path made me the better parent I am today. Difficult roads lead to beautiful destinations!
