This 30 day challenge program consists of mostly body weight exercises but for the workouts that do involve a set of dumbbells, i encourage you to get creative and pick up some house hold items instead!
The types of workouts include HIIT, LISS, lower body, upper body, core & there are some Rest/ stretch days strategically placed also. I can promise that if you follow this 30 day program, you will be back to feeling & looking like your healthiest and most confidence selves.
