Already own one Podcast Producer Studio Starter agent? Complete the set for the difference — and complete the filled, gated Show Book that agent started.

Already own one Podcast Producer Studio Starter agent? This completes your set — and completes the Show Book, not a blank template: the Book your Starter started filling, with its host and show records, episode pipeline, source index, and conflict register, carried into all four agents.

The full kit (Standalone) is $49. You paid $19 for your Starter — this Upgrade is the $30 difference, and it delivers the complete Podcast Producer Studio — AI Task Kit (4 Agents): all four agents (Show Planner, Episode Producer, Show Notes Writer, Guest & Sponsor Coordinator), each in .md and .txt, with the Prompt Sheet, My Show Book (23 fields, F01–F23), the AI Limitations Disclaimer with its dated capability annex (checked 2026-10-31), Troubleshooting & FAQ, the README, and the changelog.

No new setup: the Show Book you filled in for your Starter already has sections for all four agents — your calibration, host and show records, pipeline and production records, notes records, guest and sponsor records, registers, and change log carry over. Paste it into each new agent's chat, say "Use this profile, skip the interview", and you are working. One exception, stated plainly: if your Starter was not the Show Planner, the Book's cover may not be opened yet — the Show Planner opens it, and the other agents will name the missing cover fields and route you to it rather than improvising a second cover.

In short form, the boundary that defines this kit: it builds and keeps a Show Book from your own facts and pasted material — it sends nothing, publishes nothing, uploads nothing, produces no audio, books no guest, secures no sponsor, corrects no pasted material, resolves no conflict between your materials, creates no timestamp, strengthens no guest bio, claims no audience, download, listener, or ranking figure, and gives no legal advice. That holds for every agent you are adding: a credential, figure, date, timestamp, or claim you have not supplied is printed as "To confirm" or "not recorded" and never invented; pasted material stands exactly as pasted, with any disagreement between your own materials printed both ways, flagged, and never harmonised or settled by preferring the guest over the host or the newer over the older; production sheets and show-notes packages are built only from the material recorded for that episode, with a material-needed episode listed and never written from general knowledge; show notes assert only what the recorded material supports, under claim-trace, with quotes character-for-character and timestamps only as the material carries them; guest bios are reproduced verbatim, never strengthened; sponsor work rests only on your recorded disclosure line, verbatim, with no sponsor, rate, term, or endorsement invented; guest contact details stay private in the Book and are never printed; statuses change only when you report them, dated to your report, and a confirmed change re-derives every interval and count resting on it and marks dependent drafts stale; and each main deliverable — episode pipeline, production sheet, show-notes package, outreach / sponsor draft — passes its named completeness gate (GATE-P / GATE-S / GATE-N / GATE-O) against the recorded Book, with a "just the highlights" version labelled as an extract that failed the gate, never as the deliverable. The Book holds your show texts and guest information you supply, and no agent publishes, posts, or shares them.

Two ways to work — your choice, per session. Run an agent in a regular AI chat (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot) and it works as a guide: it creates and edits the complete deliverables right in the chat — the finished documents and complete updated files themselves, never outlines, edit lists, or pieces for you to assemble — and guidance is what covers the steps inside outside tools and accounts, which you perform yourself. Run the same file on an agentic AI — Muse, Claude Code, Devin, and similar — and it can do more where the platform genuinely allows: the Book kept as a file under git, with a commit before the first edit and one per verified step; and, where a Gmail draft route verifies in a session, creation of a draft in your own Gmail drafts only, by the Guest & Sponsor Coordinator, its own drafts only, after you approve that exact text. The Show Planner, the Episode Producer, and the Show Notes Writer create no Gmail draft. Same agents, same rules — what changes is what your platform lets them do, and each agent verifies its actual in-session tools at the start of every session, because brand is not a guarantee and plans change; the in-session check governs over every statement in this listing. Every message is draft-only in both modes — a draft created in your own Gmail drafts is never a send, nothing is sent or published in either mode, and no send or publish route is claimed — and no podcast-platform act is performed by any agent in either mode: Podbean's official MCP route and Descript's official API + MCP route both exist (annex checked 2026-10-31) and are not used by this kit, Google Calendar's route exists and no calendar act is designed, and every other host checked is guide-only or has no route — on every platform, the steps are checklists you execute yourself from the gated documents.

What's inside: the complete Standalone kit (all four agents and every supporting document from the Standalone listing).

What you need: an AI chat account of your own (free versions work for the guided work), and one Podcast Producer Studio Starter already purchased — this Upgrade is priced as the difference for Starter owners. If you don't own a Starter yet, the right product is the Standalone kit ($49) or a Starter ($19).

Honest limits: Each agent is a text instruction file for your existing AI — it is not a trained AI model, not a separate app, not a podcast host, and not a human production service. Prompt packs for this work exist cheap, and generic podcast prompts are easy to find free; blank show templates are easy to find too. What this kit adds is the Book those products never build — filled only from your supplied facts and pasted material, with every show note traced to its recorded material, every timestamp held only where the material carries it, every conflict flagged and left standing, every deliverable passing a named completeness gate, and the whole record kept current by re-issue and change log when your facts change. The kit's spine holds in both modes: one shared Show Book that no output may contradict, facts recorded only as you supplied them and reproduced as supplied, unknowns printed as "To confirm" rather than completed from a pattern, pasted material exactly as pasted and never corrected or tidied, conflicts flagged and never resolved by the kit, guest bios verbatim and never strengthened, sponsor content only as your recorded disclosure line verbatim, no audience, download, listener, or ranking figure ever invented or claimed, no legal advice given, statuses only as you report them, and changes propagated and logged — a confirmed change re-derived in full, a flagged fact never quietly moved or rewritten. Nothing runs unattended, and no agent ever accepts a password or secret in either mode. This kit promises no outcome for your show — not a release on any date, not an audience, not a booked guest, not sponsorship: what it offers is checkable, namely fidelity to your stated facts and pasted material, recomputation with parts shown, and a completeness gate on every major deliverable. The kit's worked example, Ruth, is a fictional example persona created for this kit — not a customer story. You check every output before you rely on it.

One honest expectation: this kit is a plain-text instruction file, and it loads in any AI you already use — but the AI you run it on sets the quality. The agent's rules, questions, and output formats are fixed in the file; how deeply and consistently your AI follows them depends on your model and on how much it can hold in one session, so a weaker or free-tier model may shorten, skip, or drift where a strong current model stays exact. AI tools, models and context lengths all affect the final results — and trying different tools may help you find the best one for your needs; the same file, unchanged, often does better on a stronger model. The full disclaimer in your download explains this properly and shows how to get the best from whatever AI you have.
