Art Rental Template/Agreement/Contract

"Art Rental Agreement" is a template that I have personally used when I have rented my paintings out to Home Stagers and/or Real Estate Persons. This FULLY customizable template (Word Format) allows the artist to change the contract to fit their needs.  I add in a Fee Chart for THREE (3) possible Options which can be changed.  I add in information for Delievery Fees, Termonology, Terms and Conditions, Option to Purchase, Return of the Art, Insurance, etc.  Both the artist and the client can feel comfortable knowing these details are discussed up front AND help to avoid any potentially stressful or less-than-desirable situations. The more you communicate, and the more both you and your client understand about the upcoming project, the smoother the whole process will be.
